The northernmost of the Ritter Lakes...still frozen in July
As we approached our campsite, we could look down on this, the
northernmost of the Ritter Lakes. Even in mid-July, it was still
almost totally frozen and snow-covered. The vertical relief in
this area is much more dramatic on-site than it appears from the
topographic maps.
